我們掉入了泥淖...何以風機的葉片操作頻頻發生卡住的問題但卻無法解決....
我不得不開始用比較不切實際的方法思考每一個環節的問題....
無論計算葉片操作扭力..或用圖解解析實際的物理位置..因為系統牽扯的複雜性並非單純..所以讓"試誤"的過程更加棘手....
這裏做機械設備的維護比別人辛苦的原因是因為系統不允許你做太多的試驗...
沒有試驗相對的便難以驗證推理及懷疑的標地..
經過無數次總成零件的更換..連外國技師也加入戰局但卻也無法擺平問題..
看來這事情最後還是得落在自個兒的手中....
計算過風機液壓系統能產生偉大的力量後..讓我開始懷疑可能有不為人知的因素潛藏其中.....我..仍然在思索中......

Description: The fan constructed with variable pitch control system, allow change the pitch of blade to obtain the flow and pressure for complying with request of process. The problem is now pitch control system limited in specific range like from 52% ~ 85% of IDF A and 52% ~ 94% of IDF B on Unit 1. Even through start up stand by hydraulic oil pump for increasing pressure, the result also disappointed. These two fans just completed overhaul operation under supervision of engineer from manufacturer, the wear parts inside impeller were all renewed and done the fully lubrication work. Hydraulic pressure set on 50 Bar has increased to 60 Bar since 2008. To raise the pressure of hydraulic system to overcome stuck problem also is under evaluation as risk avoidance, but insufficient information supplied from manufacturer.
